i. Course fees must be paid in full in advance.

ii. If a student wishes to cancel two or more weeks before the start of term, their course fees will be refunded in full less than a £20 administrative charge.

iii. If a student wishes to cancel less than two weeks before the start of term, their course fees will not be refunded.

iv. No partial refund will be given for any classes not attended.

v. Once a course has commenced, it is not possible to defer the course to another term or refund any course fees.

vi. Hablemos reserves the right to cancel a course if necessary. Should the number of enrolments fail to reach the minimum number required to run a class, all course fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.

vii. Hablemos reserves the right  to replace a course tutor.
