The cookery classes usually take place on a Saturday morning and run from 10.00 until 1.00. We usually suggest that students don't plan too much that afternoon as they need plenty of time to enjoy eating the food they have prepared with a bottle of wine or two. This, of course, is not obligatory!!

We can offer classes on preparing and cooking Spanish Tapas, Mexican food, and South American food.
